Returns
Items purchased from PropaneProducts.com may be returned with prior authorization and also may be subject to a 15 percent restocking charge. We will only accept returns 20 days from receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Defective merchandise will be either repaired, replaced, or repair parts will be sent - case by case basis.
