Premier Pro Series 36" Gas ranges. These ranges have various BTU outputs for different models. Premier's six burner ranges are all capable of Simmer Settings and carry a lifetime warranty. Complimenting the black porcelain finished premier burners and linear valves which provide an extensive selection of infinite settings between high and simmer, giving you the ultimate in flame control. Continuous Heavy cast iron premier grates interlock to form a flat surface over the entire cooking area allowing you to slide heavy pots and pans from one burner to another without lifting.

Each premier burner grate is made of cast iron and coated in shiny black porcelain. The high temp burners feature precise simmer settings on all premier burners allowing for complete flexibility in preparation of all foods including the most delicate. In addition the black porcelain burners allow for easy cleanup.
A spacious even temp premier oven distributes heat evenly throughout the oven to uniformly cook both top and bottom of food. A 150 degree thermostat setting keeps food warm until served. The premier pro series oven also features two heavy duty oven racks with four positions available for all types of food preparation. The interior oven light is included for your convenience.
The large commercial style premier pro series knobs are easy to use. Readily visible markings on the knobs put you in complete control of the linear valves which provide a large range of infinite settings between high and simmer. The sturdy bar type stainless steel commercial handles are easy to grip when using large oven and separate broiler.
The separate broiler compartment is a great place to prepare your favorite broiled dishes including the juiciest steaks or the most delicate fish. Four positions are provided for a large two piece smokeless broiler pan and tray finished in porcelain enamel for easy clean up. The easy access roll-out drop down door makes broiling a real pleasure. |
