Expensive but does the job. Apparently, this is the model Servel exports from Sweden to the USA. Long history of care free, safe, and efficient operation. If you have to have a propane powered refrigerator, this is the one to have. Running at 38 degrees on 4/10 setting. Should be easy on fuel as advertised. The fellow at propane products set up shipping to a local trucking agency. They called a week later and I picked it up without issues. Easy set-up.
Very happy so far.

We purchased two of these in 2006 after having the experience of losing all our food during the power outage following hurricane Isabel in 2003. We now have seven years experience with them and we absolutely love them ! The first thing one notices is how quiet they are. While we had a generator, since we have these, we do not worry if we are away when the power goes out. We do have to defrost twice per year; takes about two hours, and our units are always clean.
